Conserva Irrigation Expands with signing of four new franchise agreements

Conserva Irrigation, a national outdoor irrigation company founded on the concept of water conservation, has signed four new franchise agreements in Houston, Texas, Scottsdale, Arizona, Lexington, Kentucky and Richmond, Virginia. Backed by Outdoor Living Brands, Conserva Irrigation is built around a franchise business model targeting the repair and maintenance of both commercial and residential sprinkler systems.

  • Jim Driscoll, owner of Conserva Irrigation of Houston, also operates Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of North Houston, another Outdoor Living Brands portfolio company.
  • Conserva Irrigation of Scottsdale is owned by Keith Ortega, who has over 25 years of landscape and irrigation experience in the region.
  • Conserva Irrigation of Lexington is owned by husband and wife team Jeff and Toni Schuck. Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience working in operations management for manufacturing and automotive truck components companies.
  • Owned by husband and wife team Hoa and Natalie Nguyen, Conserva Irrigation of North Richmond will serve the irrigation needs of residents in the greater Richmond, Virginia market.
