NALP Leaders Forum heads to the Hard Rock Punta Cana

The National Association of Landscape Professionals announced that Leaders Forum, its executive-level education and networking event, is heading to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, January 25-28.

Leaders Forum brings together many of the top landscape and lawn care CEOs, owners, managers and leaders for a few days of networking, peer learning, and education.

NALP is once again partnering with Cornell’s Johnson School of Business to lead the education that will help industry companies better understand their staff, develop more skilled leaders and improve their company culture.

The education will be led by leadership development expert Erica Dawson, Ph.D., Director of Engineering Leadership Programs at Cornell University and Sean Martin, Assistant Professor of Management at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

The event also includes plenty of time for networking during the many parties, receptions and excursions. Attendees are encouraged to bring their families and their key staff for a few days of team building and skills development.

“Attendees love this event. They talk about the intensive peer learning and relationship building as some of the biggest benefits,” says Sabeena Hickman, CAE, NALP CEO. “We are also thrilled to partner again with Cornell University, to provide cutting edge strategies for your company.”

Leaders Forum will be held at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Leaders Forum is approved for Landscape Industry Certified recertification at 1 CEU per hour of instruction attended.

The event is sponsored by Caterpillar at the Platinum level, Bayer at the Gold level, and John Deere at the Silver level.
