BOB-CAT enhances power, cut quality, controls on Predator Pro and ProCat

BOB-CAT, a leading manufacturer of commercial-quality turf mowers, announced several new updates to its top-line commercial zero-turn mowers, the Predator-Pro and ProCat. These improvements highlight the company’s continued commitment to providing the highest level of quality and value to its customers.

The Predator-Pro and ProCat mowers now feature the all-new 61-inch DuraDeck XF cutting deck. The mower is ¾-inch deeper, allowing for more airflow and better dispersement of clippings. The airflow and enhanced baffle system also improve the vacuum and lift of the grass, providing an even better quality of cut.

BOB-CAT upgraded the engine on the 61-inch and 72-inch Predator-Pro models to the Kawasaki FX1000V engine. This engine offers more horsepower, helping give lawn care professionals the added boost they need for tough mowing conditions. The ProCat 52-inch mower also increased its engine power, from a Kawasaki FX651V engine to an FX691V engine.

Finally, BOB-CAT added smoother controls to the powerful new Predator-Pro and ProCat mowers. The updated controls are more intuitive, easier to use and offer precise handling.

These new additions to the mower showcase the three pillars of the “BOB-CAT Promise”, which include quality of cut, durability, and ease of ownership. BOB-CAT also strengthens that promise through relationships with end-users.

“We’re always talking to our customers and dealers, figuring out how we can make our mowers even better,” said BOB-CAT Product Manager Ron Scheffler. “We took their feedback and went above and beyond. We stand behind the BOB-CAT Promise, and our three pillars are the driving force behind these advances.”

The Predator-Pro and ProCat are backed by an industry leading 6-year / 2,750 hour Mow with Confidence limited warranty.
