 Heidi NewfieldThe Green Industry & Equipment Expo (GIE+EXPO) is going country as artists Neal McCoy and Heidi Newfield are set to perform at 4th Street Live in downtown Louisville Thursday and Friday, Oct. 28 and 29.


McCoy, who will perform Thursday at 9 p.m., is sure to please attendees with hits like “Where Forever Begins,” “No Doubt About It,” “Wink” and “Billy’s Got His Beer Goggles On.”


The crowd will be on their feet when Newfield takes the stage Friday night at 9. Formerly the lead singer of country mega group Trick Pony, Newfield has gone solo and is lighting up stages across the country performing the hits from her debut album, What Am I Waiting For.

GIE+EXPO is set for Thursday, Oct. 28, through Saturday, Oct. 30, at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville. The international trade show is sponsored by the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute, Inc. (OPEI), Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), and the Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS). This year, for the first time, Hardscape North America will be co-located on the show floor on the same dates.
