U.S. Lawns Continues to Grow the Franchise System with 10 New Offices

U.S. Lawns continues to open franchised offices to work exclusively with commercial property owners and managers. The recent openings continue to work the market density model of U.S. Lawns according to Paul Wolbert, vice president. This is an exciting time as three of the new office openings are with existing franchisees who are expanding into neighboring communities, added Wolbert.

Recently opened offices include U.S. Lawns of: Rocky Mount, N.C.; Memphis Central, Tenn.; Pittsburgh South; Pittsburgh North; Richmond North, Va.; Lewiston, Maine; Lawrenceville, Ga.; Reading, Pa.; Harrisburg, Pa.; and Montgomery, Ala.

Commercial property owners understand the importance of maintaining a professional appearance, inside and out, said Ken Hutcheson, president of U.S. Lawns. After all, the grounds are the first thing you see, and you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Because the company focuses exclusively on commercial properties, U.S. Lawns is able to tailor its services toward their specific requirements. Commercial clients have different needs than private residences, added Hutcheson. “We focus on those needs, such as making sure all work is performed by uniformed crews,” said Hutcheson. “We maintain a professional appearance suited for commercial properties.”
